I get what you said, but the problem is that some men don’t relate to this idea of feminism benefiting them too. They actually prefer to be the traditional “hyper-masculine” type because it feels natural to their personality traits or their upbringing or a combination of both. So most of these points won’t resonate with them.
And the guy who asked you the outdated museum-worthy question probably belongs to that category. Or maybe, he is just genuinely confused about those online “men are trash” narratives being propagated by some radical feminists. Again, ‘some’ being the keyword here.
I’d like to reiterate that I understand and support your views, and I don’t usually get into these “men versus women” debates, but just wanted to share these perspectives I’ve seen floating around.
