Interesting perspective. I guess it's all about having too much of anything and how that gets boring after a while.
I agree that a home is a sanctuary and offers a sense of familiarity like no other place. But in my case, I'm bored at home now (that's the place where I work too, lol) and considering travelling more. I've started doing that recently, and I love it.
It's funny. During most of my 20s, I stayed at "home" (family house, apartments, college hostels). I was drifting along the conventional path with limited travel and exploratory experiences. Now, in my early 30s, after a string of "failed endeavours" and going through a phase of self-awareness and awakening, I feel like doing something different. Like being a digital nomad for a while!
