I agree with this quote in the context of overwork. I’ve also realised those people don't have the urge to explore a lot in life.

In my previous job, a senior colleague once told me, 'You’re not married, right? So, you don’t have to attend to anyone. You can work overtime.'

As if spending time with family is the ONLY reason you would want time off work.
