Also, not sure if this counts as body doubling, but I use an AI assistant to schedule my day and organize my tasks. Like I’ll give ChatGPT a list of my priorities as prompt and tell it to arrive at the most optimized schedule. It works for me. Sometimes I’ll imagine I’m Tony Stark working with Jarvis :D
